Rabi Agrawal & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy firm headquartered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with a branch office at Jayapatna, in Kalahandi district, Odisha. The firm was founded by CA Rabi Agrawal and is a full-service practice covering audit and assurance, direct and indirect tax, corporate compliance, startup and MSME advisory, accounting and bookkeeping, project finance and loan documentation, and RERA-related certification and registration work.
The firm works with a wide range of clients — companies, LLPs, partnership firms, proprietorships, trusts and societies, and individual taxpayers — across sectors that include trading, manufacturing, contracting, real estate and professional services. How we work

Where a matter falls outside routine compliance, such as a notice, an assessment, or a structuring question, the relevant partner reviews the facts before advising on the position to be taken.

Our two offices
Rabi Agrawal & Associates operates from two locations — the head office in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and a branch office in Jayapatna, Kalahandi district, Odisha. The Raipur office serves clients across Chhattisgarh, and the Jayapatna office serves clients in Kalahandi and the surrounding districts of Odisha, with particular familiarity with sector-specific matters such as rice mill and paddy trading accounts, and GST and TCS questions arising from forest produce trade.
